Abstract


Pancreaticoduodenectomy abdominal surgical trauma , surgery complicated surgery, the incidence of postoperative complications . With the development of medicine , surgical techniques improve , the surgical constantly evolve and adapt to widening the scope of the significantly lower incidence of postoperative complications and mortality . According to the scope and manner of operation can be divided into : classic pancreaticoduodenectomy , pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy resection .
