Abstract


Objective To study the changes in coagulation in the abdomen after the operation and application of hemostatic case with deep vein thrombosis . Methods 60 cases of gastrointestinal tumor surgery patients , divided into the use of hemostatic to use hemostatic two groups , 30 patients in each hemostatic group on the day of surgery , one day after application bar song Pavilion 2U / d . Determination of the two groups of patients before and after D- dimer ( DD ) , tissue plasminogen activator ( t - PA) , tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor ( PAI -1 ) , prothrombin time (PT) changes in the levels of the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and platelet count (PLT) ; 5-7 days after the line of the left lower extremity deep vein color B -ultrasound , to understand whether lower extremity deep vein thrombosis . Results ( 1 ) The two groups were their surgery before and after the test results compare postoperative day 1, 2, DD , t - PA , PAI -1 compared with surgery significantly increased PAI-1 higher than t-PA more significant ; PT , APTT extend , shorten the TT , PLT reduce the differences were statistically significant ; (2) between the two groups of test results comparing the hemostatic group than in the non- hemostatic postoperative DD , t - PA, PAI - 1 was significantly higher , and PAI -1 higher than t-PA more significant , TT shorten the difference was statistically significant ; ( 3 ) postoperative deep vein ultrasonography examinations showed 10 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis , the 7 patients use hemostatic 3 cases unused after hemostatic ; ( 4 ) of prophylactic hemostatic had no significant effect on postoperative drainage situation . Conclusions abdominal postoperative blood showed a hypercoagulable state, easily lead to deep vein thrombosis , postoperative use of hemostatic agents can aggravate the hypercoagulable state may make patients with deep vein thrombosis increased incidence of postoperative prophylactic application of hemostatic should carefully .
