Abstract


Objective To evaluate the tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitors on the efficacy of discogenic pain . Odds ratio (OR method to retrieve patients with discogenic pain relief effects literature about conventional medical treatment based on the use of tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitor ( January 1990 to March 2009 , the application of Meta-analysis merger analysis ) or the weighted average of (WMD) effect size . 5 for the results of the above study indicators incorporated into literature , the combined effect of volume and 95 % confidence interval (95% CI) were -1.51 ( 95% CI : -2.76, -0.26), 0.33 (95% CI: 1.01,1.03). conclusion with placebo or no treatment group compared with tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitors discogenic pain without significant effect .
