The osteoarthritis,also called recession arthritis,osteoarthropathy,are the synovial membrane joint are accompanied by around the joint the ossein proliferation to lose the result disease for the characteristic cartilage,assumes the chronicity, carries on the change.The knee osteoarthritis took one of most common osseous arthritises,more and more receives the social various aspects the value.The modern medicine from the epidemiology,the pathophysiology and aspects and so on the phantom study has conducted the massive research to it,but its pathogenesis still had not expounded until now.The traditional Chinese medicine thought this gets sick cause of disease pathogenesis by liver deficiency of vitalness of the kidneys empty,the vitality for this,the cold wet evil embodiment,the ecchymosis anti-winds insufficient for the sign,is "this empty sign is solid".At present,regardless of the doctor practicing western medicine or the Chinese medicine,to the method of treatment which this gets sick is bountiful,but the clinical curative effect still with difficulty achieved is satisfied the patient the degree.In order to seek one kind of curative effect well,makes the patient more satisfactory method of treatment,from April,2007 we used the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine therapy to October,2007 to treat this sickness.Objective:To study the curative effect of Chinese native medicine internal medicine,intra-articular sodium hyaluronate in jection and arthroscopic debride-ment for patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis。Method:Will be 90 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group of Chinese medicine,Western medicine treatment group and TCM-WM treatment group.Chinese medicine treatment group given the Chinese native medicine internal medicine treatment;Western medicine treatment group given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate with the clean-up arthroscopic lavage treatment; TCM-WM treatment group,to give medicine intake into the body,intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate with arthroscopy lavage treatment of clean-up. Internal medicine,30 days for a course of treatment;sodium hyaluronate injection one time per week,for five weeks.Result:After treatment,clinical efficacy assessed as:Chinese medicine treatment group(A group) excellent and good rate of 73.42%;Western medicine treatment group (B group) excellent and good rate of 82.86%;TCM-WM treatment group(C group) excellent and good rate of 94.59%.Each x~2 test line between the two groups,A group of and B group of clinical curative effect does not have statistics significance(P>0.05),A group of and C group of,B group of and C group of clinical curative effect has statistics significance(P<0.05).Knee joint function grading(Uses Lysholm-ⅡGrading standard):Before the treatment,between three groups compares the non-statistics significance(P>0.05),has the commeasurability; Around each group of treatments the comparison has statistics significance(P<0.05); After the treatment,between A group and B group,the comparison has non-statistics significance(P>0.05),A group and C group,B group and between C group quite is even has statistics signif icance(P<0.05);around treatment interpolation,between A group and B group,the comparison has non-statistics significance(P>0.05),A group and G group,B group and between C group quite is even has statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three methods have the obvious curative effect to the knee osseous arthritis,the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group surpasses other two groups obviously in the clinical curative effect aspect.
