Abstract


This dissertation includes three sections: literature review, pock Ren Wan Fang card and pock Ren Wan Experimental study on the treatment of slow transit constipation. 1 more systematic literature review summarizes pock Ren Wan in clinical subjects, review and summarize and modern pharmacological research of the party. In this paper, based on previous theoretical research, process pock Ren Wan Fang certificate of incidence, etiology and pathogenesis, cubic tenor combing a system and a preliminary elaborated. 3 experimental study 3.1 Objective To study the treatment of pock Ren Wan slow transit constipation mechanism, observed this side of the colon electromyography, colon tissue gene expression levels of c-kit, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), P substance (SP) explore pock Ren pill treatment of slow transit constipation mechanisms to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment. 3.2 Methods Compound Diphenoxylate copy rat constipation model to observe the therapeutic effect of the pock Ren Wan slow transit constipation. According to the literature pock Ren Wan rat colon EMG was measured by RT-PCR method to the determination of the impact of the c-kit gene expression levels in experimental rat colon tissue, serum of the rats were measured by radioimmunoassay ( VIP), substance P (SP) content. 3.3 results pock Ren pills can significantly improve experimental rat colonic slow-wave amplitude, suggesting that this may be one of the mechanisms pock Ren Wan in the treatment of slow transit constipation. The rat colonic slow wave frequency change is not obvious. Pock Ren Wan experimental rat c-kit gene expression levels did not change significantly. Asako Ren pills can increase the content of experimental rat substance P, but not statistically significant. Similarly, no significant change in its experimental rat VIP content. 3.4 Conclusion pock Ren pill can significantly improve colonic myoelectric slow wave amplitude, increased colonic motility, so as to achieve the role of its treatment of slow transit constipation. Pock Ren pill can improve the content of substance P in the colon, but not statistically significant, this may be due to too little because the number of experiments, after the need for large sample experiments further confirmed. Pock Ren Wan whether the impact of the the colonic myoelectric slow wave frequency, c-kit gene expression levels as well as VIP content needed to be after the large sample experiments further study.
