Objective:This study was under the guidance of traditional Chinese medical(TCM) theory,to discuss the TCM syndrome pattern of chronic renal failure(CRF) at compensatory stage and decompensatory stage.And to explore the relativity of different TCM syndrome with different primary diseases,then to guide our clinical therapy.Content:The thesis summarizes including two parts,the first part is the literature review and the second is clinic research.The review part includes:the development of morden medical and the development of traditional Chinese medical on chronic renal failure.The first one summarized the conception,the etiology,the pathogenesis,the finding of clinical, the diagnostic and treatment by modern medical.The second one contained its name,conception,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment etc.In the clinical study part,we observed 100 CRF patients which were caused by Diabetes Mellitus,Hypertension and Chronic Glomerulonephritis.With a questionnaire,a cross-sectional study was conducted to survey dongfang hospital, dongzhimen hospital etc.The investigation contents:general data of patients,the TCM four diagnostic methods and laboratory results.Totally 100 CRF patients with complete data.We evaluated the arisen rates of every symptom and every type according to these three causes of CRF,and compared them.Result:Though this study,we know there are same and different characters in the TCM syndrome of CRF.We investigated its cause,pathogenesis and treatment. Then we should make a point of its differentcharacters,choose corresponding methods of treatment to prevent and treat CRF effectively.
