Research purpose of this study is to take a case - control study, with the the modern medicine Scale TCM emotional factors, emotional factors of quantitative integrator, to investigate the breast cancer group and the control group, from a medical point of view to explore the emotional factors role in the pathogenesis of breast cancer. Research methods of September 2007 - September Guangdong Provincial Hospital of breast outpatients met the inclusion criteria and pairing success of 202 patients with breast cancer and benign breast disease were investigated retrospectively. Followed by breast cancer and control groups in accordance with (1) the same age (a difference of no more than three years old); (2) Vocational (same for mental or physical labor); (3) cultural considerable degree; (4) habits similar (; 5) the same marital status. 1:1, total dubbed 202 pairs of patients in both groups fill the same in medical etiology and pathogenesis of information collection form, Life Event Scale (LES Scale) and coping style scale (TCSQ). Stimulation of melancholy, thoughtful, sad situation go rather smooth factors in the two groups were nearly 5 to experience negative life events and their time of occurrence, the impact of the patients and the patients' coping styles recording, score, and then do statistical analysis. SPSS11.0 analysis software package for statistical processing, using the paired t-test between groups was significant test, measurement data using a paired t-test, count data using the chi-square test level data Wilcoxon test was used. The results (1) the basic data of the two groups of patients shown by statistics: between the two groups showed no significant meaning, prompted baseline comparability. (T = 1.04 P> 0.05). (2) 202 patients with breast cancer five years before the onset of 165 cases suffered various life events of 493, an average of 2.44 ± 1.81; 202 cases in the control group, 96 cases suffered various life events 251 pieces, an average of 1.24 ± 1.01, the obvious difference between the two groups (t = 2.95, P <0.01). (3), respectively, the two groups in each case the occurrence of negative life events Pingchu life events unit value (LEU), results showed that the 5-year average score of 80.60 ± 52.53 LEU before the onset of the breast cancer group, while the control group 45.21 ± 36.97 hours, the former being significantly higher than the latter (t = 1.96 p <0.05). (4) of the patients in the two groups LEU scoring No (0 points), mild (1 to 50 points), moderate (51 to 100 points), severe (more than 101 points) classification. The results show that the intensity distribution of the two sets of negative life events (P <0.05), the number of cases of severe life events in breast cancer patients suffered significantly more than the control group, while the control group has not experienced negative life events significantly more than in the breast cancer group. (5) negative life events classified to distinguish, results show that the the inferiority event of marriage and family negative life events in the breast cancer group was significantly more than the control group (P <0.05). (6) in coping styles Evaluation, negative coping style score in the breast cancer group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) in active coping style score, no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions (1) breast cancer patients in the five years before diagnosis experienced negative life events frequency was significantly higher the relevant factors prompted the incidence of breast cancer and depression, thinking, sadness and love go rather smooth; (2) breast cancer patients experienced generally higher intensity of negative life events; negative life events in the middle and severe degree of irritation event-based; (3) in the event of negative life events, use more negative breast cancer patients coping style, one of the negative coping style is also unfavorable factors for breast cancer; (4) negative life events Concerned sad poor emotional factors as a source of stress, in a certain time, a certain degree of the role of the patient, if not actively respond, it may affect the the corresponding organs such as the liver, spleen, kidney, resulting in dysfunctional organs, and could eventually lead to the occurrence of breast cancer.
