Objective:The discussion clinical features on common TCM syndromes of impaired glucose tolerance for syndrome type of Pixushizu,Yinxuzaore,Qi-Yin Deficiency,to provide important theoretic and practical value for the material,and formulate the corresponding Chinese or western medicine provide theoretical basis.Method:Using cross-sectional survey method,102 patients diagnosed patients impaired glucose tolerance of TCM syndrome differentiation,then surveys and statistics common TCM syndrome type of Pixushizu,Yinxuzaore, qi-yin deficiency of popular distribution proportion of three type and various syndromes of age,waist circumference,body mass index,blood fat and blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose,2 hour plasma glucose,fasting insulin levels,statistical analysis of syndromes comparing the observation of the index distribution.Result:To impaired glucose tolerance on common TCM syndromes type of Pixushizu was for most.45 to 54 age group is prone to impaired glucose tolerance,secondly,the age was 55-64 years of age,which type of Pixushizu from45 to 54 multiple groups,Yinxuzaore,qi-yin deficiency in 55 to 64 years of age are groups.Yinxuzaore,qi-yin deficiency to Pixushizu,age of it was significant difference(P<0.05).Three type between gender ratio was no significant difference(P>0.05).Three type waist circumference,body mass index,compared with healthy controls were significant difference(P<0.05), Yinxuzaore,qi-yin deficiency waist circumference,body mass index and Pixushizu than it was significant difference(P<0.05).Three type triglyceride feels and healthy controls were significant difference compared to the control group(P<0.05).Total cholesterol levels only type of Pixushizu compared to healthy controls significantly(P<0.05).Three type high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol compared with healthy controls were no significant difference(P>0.05).Yinxuzaore,qi-yin deficiency triglyceride leels compared with Pixushizu significant difference (P<0.05).Yinxuzaore,qi-yin deficiency systolic blood pressure and healthy controls were significant difference compared to the control group(P<0.05). Pixushizu compared with healthy controls systolic blood pressure no significant difference(P>0.05).Three type diastolic blood pressure compared with health control are no significant difference(P>0.05).Three type FPG 2hPG levels compared with health group were significant difference(P<0.05). Yinxuzaore,qi-yin deficiency,FPG 2hPG compared with Pixushizu were no significant difference(P>0.05).Thee type fasting insulin levels compared with healthy controls were significant difference(P<0.05).Yinxuzaore,qi-yin deficiency fasting insulin compared with Pixushizu were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:To common TCM syndromes of impaired glucose tolerance for syndrome type of Pixushizu、Yinxuzaore、Qi-Yin Deficiency was Pixushizu for most of all.Pixushizu,Yinxuzaore,qi-yin deficiency in age,waist circumference,body mass index,blood fat and blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose,2 hour plasma glucose,fasting insulin levels have respective characteristics.Pixu in glucose metabolism disorders may be the main reason
