Abstract


In recent years, international trade and the exchange of scientific and technological progress and development, international trade and intellectual property increasingly close ties with intellectual property rights is also a change in a country's economic development is essential. Intellectual property protection system has now become an important basis for national economic development and to participate in international competition. Customs Protection of intellectual property rights, and called on the international protection of intellectual property rights of entry and exit of border protection of intellectual property rights or intellectual property rights of border measures, the authority of the Customs in accordance with the national law, be taken to prevent an infringement in import and export by the national legal and administrative regulations to protect the intellectual property rights of entry or exit of goods or articles of law enforcement measures.
