Abstract

This article employs various researching methods such as literature review,expert interview and logical analytic method.It gave the traditional careful orientation and division of material arts from the classical esthetics which based on the profound understanding of the traditional culture,proposed four layers of point about the material arts and gave the appraisals in separate.The article proposed that "WuShu" has "four layers of beauty":beauty in form, beauty in heart,beauty in morality and beauty in doctrine."beauty in form" for the first boundary symbol,so-called "outside practices the physical skin";"beauty in moral" for the second boundary symbol,so-called "builds up the essence of life"; "beauty in moral" for the third boundary symbol,so-called "with esteems martial arts honors,wins popular support with kindness";"beauty in doctrine" for the fourth boundary symbol,so-called "with the moral to the doctrine" and "integration of universe and man".The kind to the martial arts beautiful division and the orientation,first,is puts the Chinese martial arts to the China traditional culture to discusses,thus has avoided the flaw and the insufficiency of the esthetics of martial arts understanding in modern esthetics.Western esthetics emphasized "what the esthetics is",the Chinese esthetics emphasizes "where the esthetics is".The martial arts is one of the important constituent of the China traditional culture,we can from the traditional culture angle to know the martial arts esthetics,any culture category leaves the traditional has certain one-sidedness to the martial arts esthetics understanding.Next,this article proposed the essence esthetics of martial arts is "pursuing doctrine".The article also proposed that the person from the "the form" to practice "WuShu" from "the moral" to heart,then the cultivation to "moral" and the final sublimation,"the doctrine",only then may say completed the entire martial arts practice process,the esthetics of martial arts has passed through the entire process, along with deep of the process,the esthetics of martial arts also correspondingly passed through the leap from quantitative change to qualitative change."with the moral to the doctrine" is the ultimate objective of martial arts."With the life manner and the value trend with "pursuing the moral and realizing doctrine" to the feel the connotation of esthetics martial arts."The doctrine" is one kind of boundary symbols,which is ultimate objective and without limits. Therefore,the esthetics of martial arts also certainly is "only then higher,not highest",the esthetics martial arts can appear the life realization when people’s understanding achieved a certain boundary symbol.
