Abstract


At present our country is in the economical transition period,The community sports has the directive property,the sociality,payment and the managerial main characteristics。The community sports management pattern was also trying to find out new forms.The statelevel community sports fitness club market operation pattern took one kind of important management pattern,so this research is useful.Predecessors on the national sports community health club on display: the market operator to meet the needs of community residents sports played an equally important role,while the more successful marketoriented operation with the Government to maintain a reasonable distance,to resolve the Community Sports Fitness Club under the direct management of all kinds of inherent weaknesses.The paper mainly uses the method of literature review,the method of expert interview,on the spot research techniques and so on method of inspection,questionnaire survey procedure。Surpassed one year state-level community Sports club--maple leaf community sports fitness club to the only one of marketability operating club in Beijing to carry on the diagnosis.In the Maple Leaf Club,mainly through the external environment,internal operation and to investigate the residents satisfaction that:Maple Leafs community sports health club in the state support on the basis of the market taken by the operating mode,attracted a wide range of funds,an increase of society Physical supply,improved community sports facilities and the quality of services,but also to make the club has been the sustained development of financial support.Marketoriented operation of community sport club is saving the state funds, low fees and high standards to meet the needs of the residents of sports,community sports at the same time strengthening the management of social forces.Is a more reasonable idea of community sports operators. The paper also has carried on certain exploration to the community Sports club marketability operation pattern’s value root and the community Sports club’s trend of development.We thought that,the community Sports club marketability operation pattern the value lies in:Its may solve the government limited fund to multi-level,"the infinite growth" the community sports demand satisfies on "the government malfunction" the question.Moreover,our country’s community Sports club also occupies the transitional stage at present,will move toward gradually by realizes "the funds to selfprovide, the service comprehensively to be independent,the personnel from will hire" for the symbol mature stage.In this process,the Government should strengthen support for the promotion of community sport club development,and strengthen guidance and oversight functions to ensure that the health club community sports development direction.
