Abstract


In recent years,with the improvement of people’ s living style and their awareness of the importance of exercise,sports has become a social practical activity in which thousands of people participate,and it has been an important part of people’ s spiritual life.As the key factor of physical education,P.E in university should stand on the feet,face the society,focus on the future,and put students’lifelong sports as its target and direction.As our socialist economic system has been established,just as higher education,college physical education is faced with series of problems which caused by the conversion of two economic systems,the urgent affairs in college P.E.is to seek reform and development.Through experiences of some education developed countries,college sports club is the main teaching and management forms of college P.E.On the basis of investigation and acknowledgement of status of college sports clubs in Hefei,the essay is to explore how to construct a reasonable club teaching and management model which is fit for the actual situation of colleges in Hefei.To research and analyze the teaching and management model of sports clubs,with the method of questionnaire,literature search,structural interview and data statistics,a survey has been conducted into the sports clubs in nine universities of Hefei,and the following conclusions are reached:1.The guiding ideology of college sports club teaching model inHefei is advanced.But some problems have appeared during the implementation process.For example,it ignores the students’interest in setting courses,the teaching methods need to be updated and the students leaning enthusiasm has not been mobilized,and also it ignores the club’ s economic benefits.2.Management and organization of college sports club in Hefei is P.E. Department.The dividing of its function sections is too general.And it has poor ability in gaining benefits,depends too much on colleges, in addition,it doesn’t involve the students into the management.3.The sports club teaching and management model of the University of Science and Technology of China which is located in Hefei is rather advanced,and it is worthy of being referenced.4.The management of college in-class sports club teaching model in Hefei is rather reasonable,but it has to be improved in choosing teachers and other links.5.The management model and management channel of college in-class sports club is open,and the division of labor is clear.6.it’ s practical to organize college club union,but it is rather hard to implement.
