Abstract


Olympic performance information service run mode as the object of study , through the analysis of the historical evolution of the information service system of achievements , combined with the 2008 Beijing Olympics Results of the de facto situation of the information service system , a comprehensive survey . Select canoeing instance expand the empirical analysis . The paper uses the basic principles of economics and management science , with a lot of empirical material , demonstration and analysis of performance information service mechanism in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the stability of the relationship , as well as the potential risk factors , the basic conclusions are as follows : 1 , Athletes in Olympics information service model has an initial maturity to benefit from the latest technology in the world , so that the main parties to participate in the Olympic Games . Theoretical analysis shows that the Athletes in Olympics performance evaluation system needs to be based on good operational mechanism , in accordance with the established mechanism , in order to achieve the maximum value of the Olympic Games as the overarching goal oriented , balanced development , summative and formal combination Sustainability Assessment as a means to establish performance information services for full life-cycle process evaluation index system , to ensure the correctness of the overall direction of the service system , and to ensure the validity of the process control , helps to achieve based on the evaluation of information systems performance management .
