Abstract


With the development of China education reform,Sports education needs unstop modern education theory learning,carrying out the thought of "diathesis education","healthy first",following the time tide, to apply diathesis education and healthy education,which is the topic of 21st century college PE.Upgrading national diathesis and cultivating all-around talent is the mission if 21 century college PE.Using " integration of in-and-on class" education in college PE is a multi-direction way of teaching and learning.The method using literature,questionnaire,compared operation and Spss to research how to develop psychological health and good sports habit.The result shows that "integration of in-and-on class" is scientific and practical, it is one of powerful measure of PE reform under the diathesis education. The method is good for distributing initiative power of students and upgrading their sports aware and effect.It is a necessary trend of college education development.So to involving after-class sport into PE curriculum is a practical supply to class PE and it becomes a important part of PE regulation.The college PE is broadened at time and space.the limited sport resource is integrated.The method is good for making positive,relax and harmonious PE atmosphere and promote college sports culture.It is important to boost thehealth level of college students.
