The commitment is one of the important factors involved in career development , overseas research show promise to improve employee work effort , high professional commitment to promote career development . Young teachers is an important part of the university teachers and the new force , a commitment to the role of the professional growth and career development of young teachers can not do without . In this study, the integrated use of interviews , open-ended questionnaire survey method , combined with the previous questionnaire prepared Chongqing vocational college young teachers occupational commitment questionnaire . 300 Chongqing vocational college young teachers formally samples own preparation of professional commitment to the structure of the questionnaire , reliability , validity , analysis of variance , correlation analysis , factor analysis , and other related statistics the method of analysis of the collected data , found that : (1 ) Chongqing vocational college career commitment of young teachers , including normative commitment , ideal commitment , emotional commitment , opportunity , commitment and continued commitment ; ( 2) discovery of Chongqing high vocational tertiary institutions young teacher professional commitment has the following characteristics : on normative commitment to undergraduate school under the vocational teaching point significantly lower than the ordinary vocational colleges and independent colleges , independent colleges in men than women , 20 and youth under the age of 25 teachers significantly lower than that of other age young teachers ; ideal commitment , work 5-7 years to be higher than other working age ; emotional commitment males than females , junior higher than the mid-level , and in opportunity commitment of men is higher than women ; continued commitment on the general teaching staff than executives married than unmarried . Due to the restrictions on the level of the actual conditions and the researchers , the study in the revision of the questionnaire were the selection and interpretation of the results and in-depth research , there is limited room for improvement .
