Abstract


China 's private education industry to grow today , a large number of low-quality private universities have been eliminated in the fierce market competition , quality has become the lifeblood of the survival and development of private colleges and universities , and the main factors of influence and restrict the quality of education and the quality of personnel training from teaching . Teachers as the main bearer of the school teaching , evaluation of teaching has become a high-quality school logo . Hunan International Economics University , the research for the study , to investigate the status of private colleges and universities teaching evaluation and analysis of the problems of the Private University teachers teaching evaluation , and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of private colleges . The text is divided into four parts : The first part describes the theoretical and practical significance of the research background and research , to do a comprehensive review, and previous studies of the domestic and foreign research methods used in this article to illustrate the idea of the study and writing . The fourth part of the results of private colleges and universities teaching evaluation countermeasures . Schools should be made clear the value of the evaluation of teaching , improve teaching evaluation index system , standardize the evaluation of the implementation process , correctly handle the teaching evaluation results .
