Abstract


Since 2000 , China has to carry out a comprehensive English education reform in the secondary stage , English education received unprecedented attention . Many scholars , educators have clearly pointed out that the students' motivation played an invaluable role in Second Language Acquisition . As English teachers we should care , understanding their motivation to learn and be nurtured . As we all know , a lot of factors that affect motivation , and now a lot of research on how to motivate students to learn the language motivation . In high school , most students poor foundation , are not interested in the English language . Like to learn a discipline often hear students say , because they do not like a particular teacher . So , the charisma of the article focuses on foreign language learning motivation and teachers of high school students , as well as teachers charisma of the ordinary high school students' English learning motivation . The text consists of five chapters . The first chapter is an introduction . Brief introduction to the current high school students in English learning situation and existing problems . Accordingly asked the teachers charisma of motivation as well as the significance of this study of students in Second Language Acquisition . The second chapter is the literature review section . The history and achievements of the role of motivation and teachers charisma and humanistic psychology, education , as well as in the field of foreign language teaching . The third chapter discusses the research methods and the entire course of the study the instructions carefully . Chapter IV data analysis . The analysis of the survey results and experimental results and the results : the charisma of teachers have an impact on students ' learning motivation in second language acquisition . The fifth chapter concludes with recommendations . The authors propose a series of feasible suggestions to point out the limitations of the study , and put forward their own ideas on the future research directions .
