High-tech oriented information technology developed rapidly and was applied widely,which led to a globalization of the industrial revolution and a full range of social change.Information has become a measure of a country and the region an important indicator of the level of modernization.China should seize the world’s information technology revolution and the opportunities brought by information technology,and promote vigorously the national economy and information society. However,the lack of information and technical personnel,but to some extent,restricted the information technology industry’s further development.Therefore,we must speed up the training of information with Chinese characteristics and technical personnel,and establish a suitable economic and social development of China’s information technology personnel training mode.The United States,Japan,the United Kingdom,India and Canada are some of the information industry is more developed country,they cultivate their own information technology personnel have their own unique views and measures.Especially the United States and India in information technology talents have relatively sophisticated models and experience,to which we should draw. In this paper,according to China’s information technology personnel training status quo,drawing on foreign experience in information technology,implementation at different levels in accordance with the cultivation of the direction of a full range of training system set up information technology personnel training mode to build the principle of a complex-type,application type and the basic three-in-one,government support,schools,education,social training that combines the three information technology,personnel training mode.By strengthening the functions of government-led,school optimize main functions,the main line activation society functions,for China’s information industry nurture a large number of practical,high-quality information and technical personnel,which promote our country as soon as possible after the United States and India a big IT country.
