Abstract


Beijing Sports University established sports training class for the first time in 1957.From that time on,the first aim is to educate coaches for our country.In the process of sports training class,the aim of education varied time after time.At present,we are in a market economy society with new distribution style:self-determination choice and two-direction choice,this also determines the education aim,standard and pattern.The education of person with ability must involve some important factors as education aim,student’s source,and classes setting.This research investigated the evolution of education aim,the policy of recruit students, student’s source and classes setting and so on in order to give some suggestions for it.The research methods include literature analysis,investigation,expert interview and statistics.In finial,we give some conclusions as follows:First,science establishing sports training class,the main education aim has been changed a lot from educating coaches to educating all kinds of experts in sports.Second,source of students majored in sports training is very important cause of teaching level and whether graduates can get a job as a coach.Third,more graduates,market demand and policy changes can cause graduates majored in sports training do not get a job as a coach,but the most important reason is education aim adapting lagged far behind.Forth,in order to satisfy major development and education needs,sports training class as special class needs to be improved on class setting,class structure and teaching program.Based on involved questions,we give some suggestions as follows:First,the education aim and pattern should be suitable for advance education development to focus on specialty and train graduates to be comprehensive human.Second,the sports training major should take more elastic enromlment system and recruit more athletes.Third,we should attach great importance on theory and practice learning in class setting, pay attention to the links of theory and practice when strengthen sports training.Forth,it is time to adapt class system,attempt to establish“widen platform,variety,whole orientation,opened,dynamic”class system,add new class adapting to development of society and sports area.Fifth,to satisfy development,the number of classes about sports,social sciences and applied sciences should be added to widen elective courses,so do the lesson time.
