Abstract


As all countries and regions more and more take science and technology into account, science and technology develop more and more rapidly, and it has a more and more obvious functions of interactive with economic development, there is a kind of interdependent relations and interaction influence in the two factors. Especially in the current, the two factors combine more and more closely, the progress of scientce and technology promotes economic growth, the content of science and technology in the economy becomes more and more, economic growth provide support and power for the progress of scientce and technology. As a result, it has a significant importance to not only about promoting the progress of scientce and technology but also promoting the development of economy,that researching the interactive relationships between the development of economy and the situation of technology in region.This text takes the current social and economic development of Hebei as background. on the basis of analysising and evaluating the predecessors’studies, analysising the two factors’ interactive relationships from the relationship between economic development and the situation of technology、coordinated development. In the relationship of analysis about the two factors, using Co-integration tests、Granger causality tests、Panel data models、C-D production function、The model of contribution rate analysis deeply analysising the interactive relationship about the two factors.In the researching about economic development and the situation of technology, using factor analysis、the calculation of coordination degrees and other methods, it has got a coordination of Hebei in the recent years, and using Gray forecast models forecasting the situation of coordinated development about the two factors in the future.Finally, the conclusion that got from researching reflects that the economic development and the situation of technology of Hebei exsit long-term stability equilibrium of relations and mutual causality, science and technology promotes economic development in extent, but the support that economic development to the progress of scientific and technological is still not adequate, and resuluting that the development of science and technology is not enough, seriously impeding the development of science and technology; science and technology have a little product, lower rate of prudecing, that really have influence on improving the science and technology, and it doesn’t show the improving function for economy; the situation of technology and the development of economy have worse coordination, and the degree of coordination have gone down year by year, and the rapid of going down is very fast. From the research, we can get the following policy recommendations:the government of Hebei should take more focus on the scientific and technological, accelerating the speed of the progress of scientific and technological, improving the level of scientific and technologica; accelerating the scientific and technological product, improvingthe conversion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements; maintaining and improving the function of contribution that the progress of scientific and technological to economic development; improving the coordinated development of technology and science.
