Abstract


Capacity quota for work is a basic work in the corporate management of posts , and it involves the implementation of the objectives of the business , staff capacity and the number of matches , thus affecting enterprises reduce operating costs and enhance management efficiency . The Capacity setting a quota method proposed in this paper is based on the enterprise 's business processes , introduced the integrated use of a variety of the Capacity setting a quota method for manufacturing enterprises Capacity quota for work to provide the actionable ideas based on the general idea of the business process the Capacity setting a quota method and the specific implementation concrete floor program , which emphasizes the global optimum rather than a single business or the best aspect of our work , the aim is to achieve a reasonable match to \manufacturing enterprises so as to promote and strengthen human resources management , and promote the healthy development of enterprises .
