Abstract


The majority of our company's internal audit work is still stuck in the traditional stages of the auditing , internal auditing work lags behind the objective requirements of economic and social development , especially with respect to the Group's internal audit group is seriously lagging behind the development requirements , which restricts the Group enhance the competitiveness of the company . In this paper, Group Internal Audit , Analysis Group Internal Audit status and existing problems, to strengthen and improve our company's internal audit work countermeasures to promote further improve the company's internal control and internal governance structure , enhance the Group 's competitiveness.
