Abstract


Surrounded by the trend of the world economy, China's tourism industry is booming, its driven by increasingly fierce competition in the hotel industry, and improve the way of human resources - staff training plays an increasingly important role, and become a hotel development strategy requirements. How to evaluate the effectiveness of training, however, an important issue has been unresolved human resources development. Due to lack of effective training evaluation tools, hotel management and investors, and even the hotel staff are not able to clearly understand training benefits to businesses and employees, resulting in a lot of hotels is not enough emphasis on training. Practice has proved that the achievements made by the scientific training effectiveness evaluation standardize training system, to define the training organization's contribution proved staff training is very important. In this paper, the existing home and abroad about the effectiveness of training assessment theory and assessment of the effectiveness of training, practical experience, explore work: This paper describes the tourist hotels of the range defined by the official website, while research at home and abroad training effectiveness evaluation theory many literature, a variety of domestic and foreign training effectiveness evaluation model and hard and soft composite indicator assessment model, as a tourist hotel staff training effectiveness evaluation model established the theoretical basis. This paper analyzes the situation and reason the tourist hotel staff training and its effect assessment Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model based on tourist hotel staff training effect comprehensive evaluation model, based on the assessment of the effectiveness of training theory, reaction layer, learning level, behavioral level, the result layer four different levels as well as the tourist hotel industry characteristics and employee training characteristics, design specific evaluation index; each level indicators data sources, acquisition method; proposed use a comprehensive evaluation; fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the multi-level layers indicators and a comprehensive analysis of the results of the evaluation. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the the tourist hotel staff training effect evaluation system, this paper presents a security system to support the implementation of the model. 4. This article Qingdao LIANGYOU Group as an example, the use of tourist hotel training effectiveness evaluation system to fully verify the operability and applicability of the training effectiveness evaluation model and assessment method selected.
