Abstract


The supply chain is determined by the type of economic entity, each of which has different optimization objectives and private information. These optimizations often targeted optimization objective is inconsistent with the system as a whole, at the same time, supply chain systems with strong uncertainty arising from inefficient due to asymmetric information problems are more serious, resulting in reduced system performance of the entire supply chain. Effective supply chain coordination mechanism can be reasonably shared between supply chain enterprises risk motivate the enthusiasm of the members of the supply chain, to cope with an uncertain environment, and to strengthen cooperation between enterprises, to achieve a win-win situation. Supply chain coordination can affect decision-making behavior of the members of the enterprise and supply chain efficiency, thereby improving the overall performance of the supply chain to improve supply chain enterprises effective. The type of paper on the basis of summing up the research results at home and abroad, from the supply chain and supply chain management theory, the basic theory of supply chain coordination, hierarchical model of supply chain coordination and supply chain coordination, supply chain coordination framework. The principal-agent problem and analytical framework, as well as the characteristics of the principal-agent problem in the supply chain system. Supply chain coordination in principal-agent problem: the coexistence of signal transduction, unilateral moral hazard, adverse selection and moral hazard and Supply Chain Coordination under the double moral hazard. Double marginalization in the supply chain contract theory, and information asymmetry is the main reason affecting the supply chain coordination. The basic model of the supply chain contract, some single supply chain contract is difficult to achieve the coordination of the supply chain, to improve the overall performance of the supply chain, in various stages of the supply chain must take appropriate contract incentives. By analyzing the main factors hindering coordination of the supply chain, the use of principal-agent theory and supply chain contract model of supply chain coordination, supply chain coordination. Build multiple suppliers and multiple retailers supply chain system model, were studied under symmetric information and asymmetric information supply chain coordination problems. Under asymmetric information, the supplier is acting as a principal, retailers, agents, retailers cost of private information, will produce changes in the supply chain system of performance indicators, related to the expectations of the specific changes with suppliers to retailers private information. Design an asymmetric information, multiple suppliers and multiple retailers supply chain contract coordination model based on revenue sharing between suppliers and retailers in proportion to the allocation of the total profit of the supply chain system as coordination factor, and finally a numerical example and numerical analysis.
