Abstract


With the development of the domestic group companies , group companies has become a very important economic organizations a form of organization , the major conglomerates have the budget to manage the entire group as a primary tool for group enterprises how to adopt its own characteristics and needs budget management model is a problem worthy of study . This article first group enterprise management theory and the theory of the budget review and analysis . On this basis , this paper based on the organizational structure, the right distribution pattern , the preparation procedures , the starting point , and methods under five questions to consider budget management mode. Then, the analysis of the current situation Xiangyu Group's budget management and to design a Xiangyu Group budget management development plan, which apply at different stages of budget management, and improve its supporting regulations , hoping to improve Xiangyu Group budget management , enhance its level of budget management . This study but also for our group companies improve the management and implementation of the budget provide a useful reference .
