Abstract


The SME financing not only in our country, is also a problem in the world . Solve SME financing problems have a very important role in the stability of China's economic prosperity of our society . Wave after wave of the financial crisis under the impact of small and medium enterprises in Suzhou City, how to overcome the current unfavorable situation , the successful financing it ? In this paper, the main line of the financing model of SMEs in research for small and medium-sized businesses , the first all-round , multi-angle , deep level elaborated method SME financing concept , classification, and different types of financing models , the advantages and disadvantages of the applicable conditions also learn from the developed countries more mature experience in financing and financing models ; followed by small and medium-sized city of Suzhou corporate finance analysis of the current situation and the problem of financing , drawing on the case of a typical enterprise a variety of successful experience in financing , improvement and ways to solve the plight of Suzhou and other SME financing , to broaden SME financing ideas .
