Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, China's economic ingredients gradually to diversify, but the state-owned economy in the national economy still dominate in the country plays a decisive role in national economic development. Public-owned enterprises are the mainstay of the economy, state-owned enterprise reform has made gratifying achievements and to further deepening of reform provides many useful lessons mode, however there are still many problems that plagued the state-owned enterprise reform and development. Current strategic adjustment of state-owned economy is at a critical period, how to understand the capital markets and the relationship between state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises to promote the use of the capital market reforms, deepening reform of state enterprises and promoting capital market development has far-reaching significance. Finance is the core of modern economy, the capital markets in the discussion paper, focusing on a narrow capital markets, namely securities market. This paper systematically reviews the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprise reform in the analysis of the current situation on the basis of the current state-owned enterprise reform, pointed out the bottleneck. In response to these bottlenecks, theoretically explore the capital market itself has the function and role in promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises. On capital market development to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises are more specific role, during which the mechanism of action of interrelated and interdependent, more complex. This paper attempts to systematically divided into these roles property level, the macro level, financial level, the operational level mechanism of action in four areas, where property is the core level, the macro level and the strategic adjustment of state-owned economy linked with the financial and operational aspects of each a specific enterprise direct contact sub-analysis of the various aspects of the principles and mechanisms of action paths. Meanwhile, in view of the split share is a special product of China's capital market, the share reform on China's capital market had a tremendous impact, so this article also systematic analysis of the origin of the problem, the specific settlement process and the capital market's positive affected. Nevertheless, China's capital market is still many shortcomings, the paper analyzes the current series of China's capital market issues and puts forward solutions to achieve the purpose of this paper - through the development of capital markets in order to better promote SOE reform. By taking these measures, the healthy development of the capital markets will play a positive role, but more conducive to the further development of state-owned enterprises in China's national economy plays an important role.
