Abstract


In this paper, the research analyzes the background and significance, introduced domestic and foreign research situation of high-skilled talents team construction and methods used by the main content and research in this paper. Expounds the project human resources related theory and the status quo of human resource of northeast China power grid company and the high skill talented person troop construction goal and mission. From the northeast power grid companies high skill problems existing in the talent team construction, this paper points out that in order to realize the rapid development of the enterprise, the need for a comprehensive and reasonable human resource quality, this needs gradually establish and perfect the scientific and standardized education and training, evaluation and appraisal mechanism, incentive mechanism and salary, stimulate vigor of the talent of high technical ability. "11th five-year plan" for northeast China power grid company smooth implementation of the strategic planning goals provides a solid foundation.
