Abstract


With the deepening of the power system , power supply enterprise management concepts and management tools in the areas urgently innovation, strategic goals that provide scientific and effective management support. Performance management as an important human resource tools and the main development tool that has become full use of resources , and tap their own potential to enhance the quality of construction, build the core competitiveness , gain competitive advantage an important way. This paper provides a summary of the performance management theory development status at home and abroad on the basis of the integrated use of performance management theories and methods , focusing on the peaceful status quo power company 's performance management conducted in-depth analysis and objective diagnosis , from the \assessment methods select \Implemented through institutional building and assessment , in order to effectively improve employee satisfaction , and effectively enhance corporate and employee performance .
