Abstract


The purpose of this study is to provide the options to the Huayuan company's supply chain management information model , from enterprise supply chain management, information technology implementation , using a combination of theory and practice approach , in -depth analysis of supply chain management theory on the basis of the latest achievements , combined with the management of information technology development , and to study the implementation of supply chain management of information technology in the enterprise should pay attention to the problem . This paper presents examples of using analytic hierarchy process to select supply chain partners based on the the Huayuan company 's situation and Analytic Hierarchy Process module embedded information systems applications in order to safeguard the effectiveness of the system on a regular basis . This paper, the framework structure of the information construction of elaborate one by one , from the design of information systems , IT infrastructure , process reengineering mode Huayuan company's supply chain management information , decision-making , implementation and management thinking aspects of a more in-depth research and exposition .
