Abstract


With the gradual deepening of the reform of the electricity power generation sector to introduce competition mechanism \Power generation companies in a competitive market environment , the need for the cost of power generation more refined management , in order to obtain greater profit margins . In this paper, the thermal power enterprise as the research object , elaborate refinement of the thermal power enterprise cost management concepts and its constituent elements , improve the theoretical system of meticulous management of thermal power generation cost of doing business ; constitute the basis of analysis of thermal power generation cost of doing business , from strategic three levels of the layer , operation layer and management control layer , were designed to fuel costs, depreciation of fixed assets , repair costs , human resource costs , and other costs five project cost the meticulous management programs : the HL power plants of Datang Group cost meticulous management program implementation . Thus build up a system , the meticulous management systems of the cost of thermal power enterprises .
