Abstract


With the continuous deepening of the electricity reform changes in market supply and demand , the power company has been aware of the need to focus its work transferred to the power grid construction and service work up . Improve the quality of service is a necessary means to achieve the development strategy of the power company , and the evaluation of the quality of service is to improve the quality of service on the premise . This article, is based on the study of the basic theory of the service management and related supply service quality management , service status of a regional power supply company analysis , discusses the power company is service quality management system and quality of service management strategy . The regional power supply company service quality evaluation system model is proposed based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of a regional power supply company .
