Abstract


With the advent of a knowledge-based economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,human resources outsourcing has become a trend of human resources management development.The full text is based on explaining the concept of outsourcing and the relevant theoretically research production of human resources,and combined the actual situation of huanzhong power-company to demonstrate the need for the company’s human resources outsourcing.At the same time,through analyzing the status of huanzhong power-company’s human resources management,we planed to identify the problems that the company has existed.Then we determine the specific aspects of the project management of the company’s human resources outsourcing and how to choose an outsourcer.In this text,we expected to provide china’s power generation enterprise with certain reference value about exploring a new way to human resources management by the systematic analysis of the huanzhong company’s outsourcing project.Even it can offer China’s state-owned enterprises some experience of human resources’ reform and development.
