Abstract


With the acceleration of China’s industrialization , the equipment manufacturing industry plays more important role in the national economy development. Quality, which may surmount the limit of the technology trade barrier and the culturall difference effectively, becomes a powerful weapon to win the market, to enhance national , local or the enterprise competitive ability. Although Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry has a long history and the unique conditions, because it has formed the unbalanced heavy coal resource economy and the foundation industrial structure for many years, Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry development not only met with restriction, but also is at the inferior position in the quality competition.Based on the concept of competitiveness and the quality development, this thesis formed the basis of the quality competitiveness; Under the national quality competitive power appraisal system’s frame and on the basis of analysis the existing statistical data, the author analyzed the present situation of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry quality competitiveness contrastively by adopting various qualitative and the quantitative methods. After interviewing and investigating the Shanxi equipment manufacturing enterprises, the author made analysis of the macro-and microeconomic factors which influence on the quality of Shanxi equipment manufacturing competitiveness deeply; and based on the analysis of the reasons, the author proposed the corresponding measures to upgrade the quality competitiveness of Shanxi equipment manufacturing.In the fierce market competition, any comprehensive factors which influence enterprise profit and sustainable development, are closely related to enterprise’s quality competitiveness. As the transformation and the innovation of a enterprise cannot separate from the system, the mechanism and the environment, the promotion of the Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry quality competitive power cannot separate from the government regulatory guidance and policy incentives, and cannot separate from science and technology innovation of the enterprise and the quality management transformation, and even cannot separate from the quality-oriented market and the raising of public awareness.
