Abstract


Along with the social science’s and technology’s fast development, the product function are getting more and more and the structure is getting more and more complex. For the quality assurance, the type and resource of reliability experiment are also getting more and more complex. The arrangement and the control of the reliability test project is also getting more and more difficult. Therefore, research and choose correct and appropriate reliability test project method, is not only advantageous in guarantees and enhances the product the reliable performance, but also can greatly save time, manpower, resources and expenditure.The product function was formerly unitary, the structure is simple, the reliability test needs to carry on the experiment project type is unitary, the demand resource is also few, the traditional Gantt chart carries on the arrangement and the control to the reliability test project can meet the experimental need. At present, as a result of the product function and structure change, the Gantt chart is no longer be able to meet the need for organizing and adjusting experiment items. First, the Gantt chart cannot manifest the logical relation of each experiment project, the project time arrangement depends upon the personal experience; Second, when there is some delay on the experiment, the Gantt chart cannot show the influence of that delay to the entire project; Third, the Gantt chart cannot effectively manifest each work in the project the restraint of resource、project time、expenditure and the resource optimization.The network-based planning techniques are one highly effective plan control method. It is carried on the arrangement and the control with the network planning to the project schedule, guaranteed that realizes the predetermined target one kind of scientific project management technology. This article introduces the network-based planning techniques to the reliability test project of the arrangement and control supervisor work, comes through network-based planning techniques’ theory and the method to the reliability test project time, the expense, the resources to carry on the computation and the optimization, chooses the best experimental plan to organize, coordinated and control reliability test project, its research mainly includes the following several aspects:(1)Reliability test project work decomposition;(2)Reliability test project network chart construction;(3)Reliability test project operating time definition and critical path’s recognition;(4)Reliability test project time, expense, resources optimization.
