Abstract


The business of Stock Pledge was introduced to our country just several years ago. It is a business that the stock owner applys for the loan from the bank by the inventory which are pledged to the bank and regulation by the logistics enterprises in the warehouses of the logistics or the enterprise’s own.The banks provide customers with a certain proportion of loans in accordance with the value of the inventory,at the same time the logistics as the agent of the bank supervises the stock in and out.So this business is both a financial product and the part of logistics services.There is the inevitability for the rapid development of this business.As a new kind of financial product and logistics service,the business of Stock Pledge is more suitable in Chinese market now.It can not only effectively solve the problems between the loan banks and the enterprises,but also provide the logistics with the new and value-added business. So it must be said to achieve a "win-win-win" situation.At present a lot of Chinese small and medium-sized companies encounter many difficulties while financing from the banks.But our country is encouraging and advocating the whole society to provide a wide range of financing channels and the mode of financing for the major small and medium-sized enterprises in order to strongly support their developing.The business of stock pledge emerged against this background,and is developing and growing.It solved the financing contradiction better between the bank and the enterprises.This business can provide banking support for the normal operations of the enterprises.At the same time it also can make the bank lending safely and make the service of the logistics value added,and so on.During the process of this business,the logistics will utilize the different modes of operation in accordance with the different banks and clients.And during the process the logistics also must strengthen the management of business operations,reduce the operation risks.There are still lots of questions on stock pledge not solved.Some credit and operation risk still refractory.For these questions,we need to conduct a study to be addressed.
