Abstract


With China's economic system to a market economy , the functions of the government also will change , and corresponding to the fiscal expenditure structure of the government is bound to make adjustments in order to promote the rapid development of the economy . National financial work has made considerable progress , growing financial strength , fiscal spending is still facing many problems : First, the total lack of fiscal expenditure , it is difficult to meet the needs of the current economic and social development , and to some extent, affect and constrain government functions the normal discharge of fiscal expenditure structure is quite reasonable, there is the problem of structural imbalances . Therefore, how to efficiently and reasonably use fiscal spending to improve the government's public service is an urgent need to solve the problem . Our government should be based on the law of changes in the structure of fiscal expenditure , proactive fiscal spending to eliminate unreasonable factors , so that the structure of fiscal expenditure towards rational development . The paper briefly describes the general theory of fiscal spending , the size, structure and classification of financial expenditure , and theoretical analysis for the optimization of the structure of fiscal expenditure , methods and tools to prepare for the fiscal expenditure structure optimization of empirical research . Then for the status quo of China's fiscal expenditure structure analysis , pointed out that China 's fiscal expenditure \Then establish a correlation between the multiple regression model of China's fiscal expenditure structure and economic growth , which pointed out that the structure of fiscal expenditure in China is still insufficient . Finally, for the shortcomings of China 's fiscal expenditure structure optimization of China 's fiscal expenditure structure . And long-term optimization of financial expenditure as an important goal of China 's financial reform and development .
