Abstract


Urban housing problems of low-income families are still prevalent.Housing support means the specific policies which the government and the community in country or territory build to meet basic living needs of low-income families.It is including supply,distribution,subsidies,and coordination mechanisms.How the housing security system reform,do the city can effectively solve the housing problems of low-income families is related to the social stability and economic development of the overall major issue,with strong social significance.Expectation is the causes and the ultimate goal of the reform,only a real understanding of the expectations of the reform of housing security and its influencing factors can be targeted to policy adjustments in order to achieve the ultimate objective of reform.Urban low-income families look forward to housing security system reform,including the housing supply,housing subsidies, taxation and regulation of financial management’s expectations. Accordingly,we proposed four specific assumptions:the assumption that 1:personal factors,market factors,the Government influence expectations on the protection of housing supply factors;assumption 2:personal factors,market factors, government significantly impact on housing subsidies expectations;assumption 3:personal factors,market factors, the Government significantly impact on the financial revenue expectations;assumption 4:personal factors,market factors, government factors significantly impact on the regulation and control regulatory agencies.In this study,from social security,housing filters, rational choice theory perspective,using the method of quantitative research and qualitative research of combining the analysis of individuals,we want to explore the internal links of the three factors with the reform expectations and seated reasons which have deep impact of the housing security reform.Through research and analysis,the assumption was confirmed 1,2,4,3 assuming has not been confirmed,it proven that personal factors,market factors has a significant influence on the expectations of housing supply,the expectations of housing subsidies,the expectations of management control.Government should Continue the Housing security system reform from the personal factors,market factors and Government.
