As the basic raw materials industry of national economic development, cement industry in China’s modernization drives to play an important role. A longer period in future, China’s cement consumption will remain at a high level. In recent years, China’s cement industry has made significant progress, but there are still serious problems. For cement enterprises of resource-intensive, equipment-intensive, knowledge-intensive and high pollution, how to optimize the logistics process is a prerequisite for good efficiency.As China largest cement producer - Conch Group, the core of a cement plant, Ningguo Cement Plant’s logistics management, with the typical issues and improvement demonstration, is no doubt worthy of study.In this paper, the author summarizes the relevant theory of supply chain management, analyzes the present situation of supply logistics management in Ningguo cement plant of Conch Group from the processes and system of logistics management, and also analyzes the main problems, including unreasonable logistics management system, the instability of relationship between supply and demand, low utilization rate of resources, low level of logistics information management and so on. On the basis of analyzing the main factors which influences the supply logistics management of Ningguo cement plant, the author putts forward countermeasures to strengthen the supply logistics management of the enterprise, including to optimize enterprise organization of logistics management, to build logistics management process faced to the supply chains, to strengthen the informationization construction of logistics management. In this way, it will continuously promote the level of the supply logistics management in Ningguo cement plant.
