With increasing the extent of oil pollution in northern Shaanxi, how to repair the oil-contaminated soil is a serious problem. Because of its good ecological and economic benefits, bioremediation is the preferred method. In the Paper, for the characteristics of drought in northern Shaanxi, studying bioremediation technology about oil-contaminated soil, lays a good foundation on bioremediation of actual contaminated-oil soil in northern Shaanxi. In this paper, on the basis of mixed good bacteria in the pre-degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons, in an outdoor pot experiment conditions, the test is used the fine mixed flora suiting for oil-contaminated soil in northern Shaanxi, and plants which are suitable for the fragile ecosystem and drought areas in northern Shaanxi, taking some methods such as joining the N source, P source and bio-surfactants, and optimize the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons, in order to provide technical support on remediation of actual contaminated-oil soil in northern Shaanxi. The following findings:(1)In the case of micro-organisms in the absence of plant, the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons is better than the condition of micro-organisms alone. Degradation effect of petroleum hydrocarbons of the two combinations which are Medicago sativa + JQ1 + JQ2 and Coronilla + JQ1 + JQ2 are better. 30d time, the degradation rates of petroleum hydrocarbon are 43.4% and 43.8% respectively.(2)Adding nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients can significantly strengthen the microbial degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons. For the P source in K2HPO4, the degradation rate of the two combinations ofMedicago sativa + agents in the case of added NH4Cl and Coronilla + agents in the case of added NH4NO3, are 45.1% and 47.1% respectively. In the degradation process of petroleum hydrocarbons, the supply of nutrients has a certain balance. About adding N source, P sources, there are a reasonable amount of the economy and the added.proportion. Under the ratio of C:N:P=360:6:1, the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbon of the two combinations of Medicago sativa + agents and Coronilla+ agents is maximum and degradation rates are 50.8% and 52.3% respectively.(3)Adding biological yield crude surfactant contributes to microbial degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons, but the volume is not better and is appropriate to 15ml. Under adding 15ml bio-surfactant crude production, the degradation rates of the two combinations of Medicago sativa + JQ1+ JQ2+ NH4CL + K2HPO4 and Coronilla + JQ1+ JQ2+ NH4NO3 + K2HPO4, reach 60.15% and 60.79% respectively.(4)In the joint process of micro-organisms phytoremediation of oil-contaminated soil, the germination rate of plants, biomass, the proportion of root and cap and microbial diversity in the soil are used to evaluate the effect of bioremediation of contaminated soil. In the papers, the results have a certain significance means on bioremediation of actual oil-contaminated soil in northern Shaanxi, and have laid a solid foundation to start the actual repair work.
