Abstract

Phenolic Wastewater against big industrial wastewater treatment difficult one, is one of our focus on the treatment of wastewater . Photocatalytic oxidation technology is a new water treatment technology developed in recent years , has the advantages of high processing efficiency , and process equipment is simple , easy to control operating conditions , the non-selective degradation of organic contaminants , no secondary pollution , subject to a wide range of attention. Tetrabutyl titanate as the main raw material , the use of sol - gel prepared TiO 2 powder catalysts and activated carbon supported TiO 2 catalyst , phenol photocatalytic degradation experiments effects of the initial concentration of phenol , H 2 O 2 dosage , reaction time , light intensity , activated carbon supported TiO 2 < / sub> Views catalyst dosage , reaction and other factors on the degradation rate of phenol , draw the following conclusions : (1) using TiO 2 catalyst : the higher the initial concentration of phenol degradation rate is lower ; phenol degradation rate is affected by the solution pH greater impact on the overall weak acidic condition, the degradation rate is higher than weak alkaline conditions ; phenol degradation rate With the catalyst TiO 2 increase in dosage , increased ; do not add the TiO 2 catalyst , the degradation of phenol was 11.8% , without H 2 O 2 , the degradation rate of phenol 30.2% , with the TiO 2 catalyst the H 2 O 2 < / sub > best dosage of 3.5 mL , the degradation rate was 44.8% . (2) homemade TiO 2 / AC catalyst : With the increase in the initial concentration of phenol , the degradation of the lead in increasing reduced; dissolved the pH in acidic conditions and alkaline conditions are conducive to phenol the degradation ; With the increase in the number of catalyst used , the phenol degradation rate slightly decreased ; H 2 O 2 oxidizer best dosage of 0.3 mol / L ; standing reaction of phenol degradation rate was 28.9% , the magnetic stirring 48.7% , the ventilation bubbling 43.6% , can be drawn using magnetic stirring way the treatment effect is higher than the settling and ventilation bubbling . ( 3) using TiO 2 / AC catalyst degradation industrial wastewater, when added the TiO 2 < / sub > / AC catalysts , pharmaceutical companies , gasworks , of coking plants phenol degradation rate 68.9% , 49.7% , 62.3% , respectively .
