With the acceleration of the process of industrialization and urbanization , modern cities are facing many pressures existing urban environmental problems which are difficult to be effectively addressed , urban ecological security issues are increasingly a cause for concern . Put forward the concept of sustainable development , the protection of the urban ecological security put forward higher requirements , and how to resolve this contradiction , various countries are facing the problem . In this paper, based on the understanding of the ecological safety , as well as the concept and connotation of urban ecological security , the use of pressure - state - response framework model to establish an evaluation system as the research object , 11 City, Shanxi Province, belongs selected 23 evaluation index of urban ecological security evaluation of the study . Specific evaluation process , the level of urban ecological security is divided into an ideal and safe , safer , criticality safety , unsafe , very unsafe five evaluation levels using the law of entropy weight and standard deviation to determine the weight of the indicators in the evaluation system using principal component analysis method , fuzzy comprehensive evaluation , gray correlation degree method for each city conducted a comprehensive evaluation of ecological security , and ArcGIS visual evaluation results output , to make the results more intuitive . Analysis of the differences in various urban ecological security status and ecological security level based on evaluation results , the results show that : the overall level of urban ecological security in Shanxi Province, poor , did not reach the security level . Taiyuan , Changzhi , Jincheng The top-ranking , the results of the evaluation of criticality safety ; Linfen , Yuncheng , Luliang Sort by evaluation results for a very unsafe ; sort centered Datong , jinzhong , Yangquan , Shuozhou , Xinzhou , the results of the evaluation to be unsafe . Consistent evaluation results with the actual situation , to verify the feasibility of the selected index system and evaluation methods . Finally, according to the results of the evaluation of the level of ecological safety of Shanxi Province, the city , for the various indicators of urban ecological security , proposed the corresponding countermeasures . The research for this article provide some reference to the urban ecological security in Shanxi Province , has a certain practicality and guidance .
