Abstract


Environmental impact assessment of project is a branch of the feasibility research of project. For once the project is carried out, it is very difficult to change .So a great deal of work needs to do to make sure the feasibility of the project and avoid resulting in great loss.The purpose of environmental impact assessment of project is to check out environmental background of the project, to make sure the target of environmental protection, to analysis and valuation the project’s impact to the environment, to advise the owner how to reduce these disadvantageous influences to the environment and give countermeasure, to make out environment responsibility of the owner, in order to minimize the disadvantageous of the influence to the environment. Through the environmental impact assessment of project advises was offered to the environment governor to govern the project, Hard work is to do to minimize the disadvantageous influence and maximize the benefit of the project to the society and the environment.Electricity consumption increase along with the high-speed growth of Chinese economy, so new power plant item is needed everywhere. But the construction and the later operation of power plant will give the environment disadvantageous influence. Waste water, waste gas, residue exhausts peripheral environment and hurt the peoples near them.In the last few years, the nation’s attention to the environmental protection is higher and higher. The project which pollute environment badly is ban. So environmental impact assessment of a project is particularly important to it. To carry on environmental impact assessment of project before it’s construction is a provision of the law, is a social obligation ,also is the need to maximize the profit of the owner. The neglect of the environmental impact assessment of a project will result in the big loss. According to basic theories of feasibility research of project, combined with the actual circumstance of power planet project, We applies the feasibility research of project in the environmental impact assessment of project, Through this work we provides research basis for the environmental impact assessment of project, build up the system of environmental impact assessment of project. Take the studying above as a basis , with a power plant project for specimen, we carry on the environmental impact assessment of a project as a model.
