As a widespread natural material,cellulose has some features as follow:wide range of sources, variety of types,abundant.Whose application and function is popular in the field of functional polymer materials.In this paper,cellulose had been modified by thionyl chloride,and then cellulose amine resin （CAR） had been prepared by chloride cellulose and diethylenetriamine.The result shows that the optimum preparation conditions of chloride cellulose were microcrystalline cellulose 5g, N,N-dimethyl acetamide 100mL,thionyl chloride 20mL,reaction time lh,solution temperature 80℃and reaction temperature 95℃.As well,the article gets the best preparation conditions of cellulose amino resin,chloride cellulose 3g,DMSO 100mL,diethylenetriamine 3mL,temperature 100℃and reaction time 12h.Cellulose amino resin adsorption conditions were that,pH is neutral,adsorption temperature was 30℃,chromium ion concentration was 50mg/L,resin dosage of 0.02g and the adsorption equilibrium time 9h.And the best off attached conditions were as follow,desorption agent for the 3%ammonia,desorption temperature of 30℃,the desorption rate of more than 95% renewable performance with a certain.Magnetic cellulose amino resin（MCAR） had been prepared through by Fe3O4 magnetic powder and CAR.The best preparation conditions of MCAR were that Fe3O4 magnetic powder 4g,oleic acid 0.1mL and Tween-40 0.1mL,ultrasonic time 90min,CAR 4g.By the use of FTIR,SEM,TEM,TGA,adsorption thermodynamics,and adsorption kinetics to show that CAR and MCAR’s structure and properties,the result indicated that the adsorption of chromium ions in line with the Freudlich adsorption process is exothermic and is carried out spontaneously.Adsorption mechanism of studies had been shown that the adsorption of chromium ion adsorption are membrane proliferation.Absorption rate by the particle diffusion and film speed the proliferation of joint control,but the spread of the main film.
