Abstract

This study on the basis of maintaining the original cellulose absorbent structure, its the graft copolymerization synthesized CMC graft AA, AM and type of CMC graft AA, AM, BMA type polyhydric Superabsorbent. Rational molecular design study; obtained orthogonal optimal conditions; CMC focused on graft AA, AM, BMA diverse high absorbent resin synthesis process; simple comparison of the performance of the two resins, focused on testing CMC grafted AA, AM, BMA diverse high absorbent resin aspects of performance, and analyze the relationship of the structure and performance of the product. CMC graft AA AM polyhydric Superabsorbent synthetic optimized conditions: CMC dosage of 1g, the AM dosage 4G, AA and AM mass ratio of 1:1, crosslinker 0.025g, initiator 0.02g, AA and a degree of 60%, 60 ° C reaction 4h. CMC grafted AA, AM, BMA-type multiple orthogonal Superabsorbent optimal conditions: the amount of AA, AM, BMA order of 4.5g, 2g, 1.5g, initiator 0.01g crosslinker 0.012g, AA and after the pH value of 7,60 ℃ under reaction 4h. CMC grafted AA, AM, BMA-type multi-Superabsorbent outperforms CMC grafted AA AM multivariate Superabsorbent. CMC grafted AA, AM the BMA Superabsorbent performance test results: resin absorption ratio higher distilled water to 775 g / g; resin has a high water absorption capacity of between 80 to 120 mesh; under natural conditions and heating under pressurized conditions have better water retention; at 25 ° C, 60 ° C and 100 ℃ within 20min before resin faster water absorption rate of 25 ° C the resin under a saturated water absorption time is shortest; concentration of the salt for the resin absorbent capacity a great impact, the resin absorbent preferably in the neutral range; having a certain amount of water-absorbent water-retention capacity of the resin is between 30 ° C to 80 ° C, to adapt to a wide range of temperatures, and can also be used at higher temperatures; resin having preferably repeat absorbent. The innovations of the study is to join on the basis of the monomers of acrylic acid, acrylamide, butyl methacrylate was further added to perform graft copolymerization, so that the hydrophilic group of diverse, while having an ionic group and a hydroxyl group of the carboxylic acid group, an amide group, an ester group and other non-ionic groups, the resin through the synergism between the different groups showed good application performance. Butyl methacrylate, some characteristics also further improve the strength of the resin and prolong the life of the resin, and the resin showed good repetition absorbent and pressurized water retentivity.
