Abstract


Make feasible black start scheme is electric power system blackout quickly recover after a kind of effective method. Because different black start scheme in the subsequent recovery system affect different, so the black start scheme evaluation, besides considering the plan itself quality technical indicators should also be considered, the scheme of system, the effect of subsequent network reconfiguration based on different black start scheme under the efficiency of network reconstruction, this paper puts forward a comprehensive consideration of the generating capacity recovery and system power loss for the reconstruction of the efficiency index, combined with the shortest path method and cross particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm for different black start scheme under the process of network reconfiguration unit output and load recovery is optimized. In IEEE30 node system and hebei south net of the application of the calculation results demonstrate the validity of this method. The last will reconstruct efficiency as evaluation index into the black start scheme evaluation system, the hebei south network system's initial black start scheme was further evaluation.
