Abstract


This paper widely used in large thermal power unit three warehouse rotary air preheater, in-depth understanding of its principle, structure, performance characteristics, based on the analysis of the convection heat transfer of the control volume method, the establishment of a rotary air preheater fluid dynamic heat transfer differential equations and the corresponding differential equations, presents the numerical solution of the calculation process, and a 220 mw boiler unit three warehouse cold and hot section rotary air preheater for example, combined with the actual operation parameters check thermodynamic calculation. The results show that the numerical solution not only with the actual operation parameters are in good agreement, but also can get air preheater metal heat storage plate and cold and hot fluid three dimensional temperature distribution. This paper based on the two points and warehouse rotary air preheater thermal calculation standard method, this paper analyzes the three points bin rotary air preheater of quasi steady state heat transfer model, and gives out the rotary air preheater of thermodynamic calculation process and calculating examples.
