Abstract


The rural economy in China has been developing at a high speed since the policy of China Reformation and Opening was made 30 years ago.Along with rural economy’s developing,the constructing of rural residences entered a period of vigorous development,that the amount of new and renovated residences are increasing year by year.Recently,the area of the new rural residences is about half of the total new residences in China,with 700 million～800 million square meters increased every year. However,the thermal performance of the new rural residences can not fulfill the Standards of energy efficiency,for there is no construction norms and no specialized design,as well as not considering energy efficiency.A few years ago,farmer had not consider the thermal comfort because of not solving their food and shelter problems.As the living standard enhancing,people are paying more and more attentions to the thermal comfort.If indoor thermal comfort of rural residences is enhanced to a more standard,the rural residences will consume a huge amount of energy and release more pollutions,so the energy efficiency design of rural residences is becoming more urgent.Based on the investigation of rural residences in Baoji region,the author concluded the developments and deductions of village shape,courtyard shape and residences shape, and grasped the trend that the rural residences will develop.With the questionnaire and temperature testing,the author got the condition of energy efficiency in rural residences and indoor thermal comfort.Also,the author carried on the energy efficiency design of residences in order to deal with the problems which were discovered in the investigation. Besides,the measures of energy efficiency were simulated through Ecotect,and the effectiveness of various energy efficiency designs were evaluated.The conclusion of the thesis can guide the constructing of residences,and play a great role in new rural construction in Baoji region.The studies on energy efficiency design and technology of rural residences in Baoji region has an important value of reference to energy efficiency design of village residences in cold area,and has the long-term effect on realizing the sustainable development in rural residence.
