Abstract


With the fast development of our country’ s economic consturction,it spurs on the flourishing development of consturction project.As the significant implementation main part of the project,consturction & installation enterprises greets the development favourable circumstances.In order to grip this circumstances,the enterprises have to cause the administration of itself more scientific,still more norm.In our country,The quality of consturction project does not only affect its applicbaility and the effect of large amount of investment,but also be closely linked with the security of people’ s life and their properties.Facing such a large amount of consturctions,once there is any quality problem in the consturction,it will badly ham to the public’ s benefits and their securities.And so,the consurtction quality has been paid more and moreattentions by the public.Based on investigation of the characteristics of Zhucheng dinosaur museum consturction project,the siutation of the quality management,as well as the competition siutation and suvriving environment of enterprises,the mordern theories and methods of the quality management were applied to search and analyze the problems existed in enterprises by means of combination of theory and practice.For the purpose of improving the product quality,optimizing the quality management and raising the economic efficiency of enteprrises,some new idea,approaches and strategies were put forward in the respects of exploring and researching the problems of improving the validity of the quality management.The thesis is of 6 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduced the background and necessiyt of this study.Thes econd chapter is project and quality management,which introduced general siutation,theoretical basis,basic concepts,and basic contents of project and quality management and so on.The third chapter is the brief introduction of Zhucheng dinosaur museum consturction project.The fourth chapter is quality control in main part of Zhucheng dinosaur museum consturction project.The fitfh chapter is that the quality management evaluating model was applied in Zhucheng dinosaur museum consturction project.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.Though every consturction project have his own characteristic,it is similar on management process and main management link,so long as we regard consurtction project as a whole to manage systematically,we may make the good management effct.
