Abstract


In recent years, small towns in our country grow rapidly, industrial has became the leading force in promoting its development. And the industrial park has turn into an important carrier that accelerates regions economic and become the main functions of the district in the distribution of cities. Planning and building better industrial parks, can promote the transfer of rural labor force, adjust and optimize the industrial product structure, form a better industry gather and accelerate the process of urbanization. But in overall point, the small town’s planning and construction of industrial parks is still in a exploration process which is spontaneous and lack of macroeconomic policy and guide theory, and making its development in a changing and also unclear state, brought about a number of obvious or potential problems making its development in a non-orderly way, and also a direct impact on the overall development of the region.Thesis were composed of five chapters, the first part is the basic of the article which introduces the research background、research significance、research method、research routes and points of this article. chapter II is the theoretical basis for the formation of the article which recall the classical theory of Industrial Economics and location, etc, study the theory of the development of small towns, industrial clusters and industrial parks at home and abroad ,also study the new theory that appear in the current process of the layout and describes of the industrial parks.Chapter III introduce and analyze the status quo of Dengta’s industrial park, we start with a concrete analysis of the situation and the problems encountered during the current development, and such become the reality basis of article to elaborate. Chapter IV is the focus of the article, after the analysis of Dengta’s development conditions, we make a specific and elaborate explanation on the layout structure and develop strategy of Dengta’s industrial park, and what we hope is to form a reasonable layout structure allow the businesses to grow in a reasonable space, we try to form a initial industrial clusters in a certain period to enhance the root of the enterprises and the intension of development of the area. We should design rational strategy of regional’s development in a clear understanding of ourselves, carry out the reasonable and bold innovation and re-establish the conception of governments’achievements ,so that to promote the region’s long-term and sustainable development. Chapter v is the concluding part of this article,which is the important summary after the review of classical theory and the study of Dengta’s actual development.The article is in this context, analyze the layout and development of industrial parks of city Dengta which in Liaoning Province, trying to find the level of layout and the law of development of industrial parks which suit for small towns own characteristics. Strive to seek the a sustainable development way from the perspective of small town. Provide a platform of reform and opening up and create a window for the county industrial development. Article from the development of Dengta City’s status, combined with the development of the theory of small cities and towns to industrial clusters and industrial parks system theory, find out the problems in the industrial parks’planning and construction and bring forward significant suggestions in promoting a healthy and orderly development way of industrial parks. These will have great practical significance in the shape of space pattern and promote sustainable development of small towns.
